Course annotation:
The course focuses on a comprehensive overview of the currently existing costing methods and valuation of business performance. The course introduces the various methods and their limitations and shortcomings. Particular attention is paid to traditional mark-up calculations, the overhead mark-up system, and cost rates for individual centers. Upon course completion, participants can critically analyze existing costing methods used in practice and suggest possible improvements.

Target audience:
The course is intended for senior and middle management, as well as for controlling and costing staff.
