Course annotation:
The course aims to gain an overview of corporate finance and financial management. Participants will learn to understand and work with the company's financial statements and navigate the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. They will learn to calculate critical financial ratios (profitability, debt, liquidity, activity, productivity), which they can use in real business life. Participants will practice developing a financial plan and learn to evaluate investment opportunities using net present value, internal rate of return, and payback period methods. It will also include calculating the cost of equity and external capital and the issue of setting the optimal capital structure of the company. Actual case studies will accompany everything discussed.
Target audience:
The course is intended for top and middle management, employees of financial and economic departments, investors, and owners.
