The essence of the grant project is the use of process mapping technology for data analysis, monitoring, automation,n and optimization of production processes. Each production process and process cycle leaves certain identification traces in the information system as data in the used information systems (ERP, MES, PPS, etc.). The process mapping and process modeling within this research project aims to identify process data, extract the required data, and create a digital map of the process in the format of a data model usable for the optimal digital design of flexible production. The output is the online design and control of the performance and efficiency of the production system and the applicability of predictive analysis of production design.
