Slovácké strojírny, a.s.
After a successful pilot test, an extensive training course consisting of two blocks was implemented: 'Employee Financial Literacy' (16 hours) and 'Ethics and Etiquette' (3 hours). The courses are delivered by the Institute of Finance and Accounting (UFU), and all the approximately 1,700 employees have completed the course. The client, the participants, and the lecturers involved rated the course as very successful.
Slovácké strojírny, a.s. + SPŠOA Uherský Brod
Our academics completed a four-day internship in the plants of these entities, focused on UPI, production management systems, programming and operation of CNC machines, quality management systems, metrology, automation, and robotization. The internship commenced at the beginning of February 2015.
Teknia Uherský Brod, a.s.
The contract was focused on a detailed analysis of production at selected pilot workplaces, setting up new layouts and 5S standards.
Salve Finance, a.s.
Manager training for 20 employees in 36 hours (4 teaching days). Topics included self-management, time management, organizing meetings, and motivation. UMM, Assoc. Matošková, Dr. Kressová, prof. Košturiak.
Kovovýroba Hoffmann, s.r.o.
Training for two company owners in the scope of 36 + 34 hours. Topics included economics for non-economists and management skills. The implementation took place from March to May 2015. On behalf of FaME, it was carried out by a doc. Knápková, doc. Popesko, Ing. Matošková, Ing. Kressová.
Česká zbrojovka a.s.
Launch of a financial literacy course for employees in the scope of approx. 10 hours per group. Implemented by UFU, starting in March 2015. After the pilot run, an extension for all staff was discussed.
