Course annotation:
Participants will learn the key knowledge necessary for the flexible organization and management of production processes. Practical training in selected methods and tools for improvement, work analysis and measurement, workplace organization and management, material, and information flow mapping and scheduling, technological production preparation, capacity and resource planning, and process innovation are integral parts of the course. Upon completion of the course, they will be able to effectively plan and manage production processes and production teams, as well as the growing share of digitalization and automation of production processes.

The target group for which the course is intended:
Students, academics, employees of industrial engineering departments, selected employees of production planning and organization, quality, and logistics.
