Course annotation:
The course aims to introduce participants to the central HR activities from a manager's perspective. The main focus is on selecting job applicants, motivating employees, providing feedback, and the employment law aspects of dismissing an employee. Participants will understand what mistakes they can avoid when selecting from job applicants, be able to formulate appropriate interview questions to screen candidates, understand why it is essential to manage the process of adapting a newcomer to an organization, understand the difference between motivation and incentives, learn how to provide effective and efficient feedback and become aware of the limitations on firing employees from an organization that arises from employment law legislation.
Target audience:
The course is designed for aspiring managers and aspiring professionals in human resources management.
