The project focuses on three areas of research. In the first part, the project aim is to compare the effectiveness of FDI firms in comparison with domestic firms and to test determinants for this difference, and to examine the impact of FDI spillover effects on labour productivity of domestic firms. In the second part, the project aims at evaluating the green spillover effects, identifying the green level of FDI and the determinants of the green level of FDI. The third part focuses on the understanding of how sustainability practices affect FDI performance, specifically, research examined how the disclosure of information related to ESG factors influences firm risk.
